Saweetie is flaunting all of her best assets on her brand-new single, and it's iHeartRadio's latest World Premiere.
On Friday, September 27, the California native dropped her latest song "Is It The Way" produced by J. White Did It. On the track, Ms. Make-It-Happen raps about all the ways she appeals to men who can only dream of handling her.
“'Is it the way, that I walk? Is it the way that I talk? Is it the way I keep it G? Maybe it’s the way that I do me?' ... those lyrics from “Is It The Way” is a dedication to all the woman around the world," Saweetie tells iHeartRadio.
"Individuality has always been important to me, which is the reason why I appreciate other unique women from different cultures and backgrounds particularly when it comes down to their style, accents, vibes and most importantly how they handle life and their business," she adds. "I hope that when listening they see themselves in the chorus and embrace who they are as an individual."
It's been a busy year for Saweetie. "Is It The Way" comes a few months after she delivered other singles like "My Best," "NANi" and "Richtivities." The latter track appeared on her recent EP Pretty Hu$tler Mix, which dropped in May. As she prepares to deliver her long-awaited debut album, Saweetie has also knocked out a few prominent collaborations this year including LL COOL J's "Proclivities," 310babii's "rock your hips" and "Do It For The Bay" with P-Lo.
