Federal prosecutors in New York have reportedly gotten ahold of a sex tape that allegedly contains scenes from one of Diddy's "freak-offs."

According to a report TMZ published on Thursday, September 26, a male sex worker came forward with information about what went down at Sean "Diddy" Combs' wild parties. He signed a proffer agreement, which provides immunity from prosecution while cooperating with federal investigators. During a meeting held on Wednesday, the sex worker admitted he participated in a threesome with a woman and the Bad Boy founder. The witness also brought a copy of an alleged video of the sex act and handed it over to federal prosecutors.

Prosecutors point to Combs' rambunctious orgy parties a.k.a. "freak-offs" numerous times in the indictment. The sex worker said he flew down from Atlanta to Miami in May 2023 to link up with the defendant and an escort he recruited. The sex worker also recalled specific details about the video Diddy allegedly made during their threesome with a woman. He even described the drugs Combs' allegedly liked to use while engaged in group sex.

The embattled artist has reportedly thrown these types of parties for years. The "freak-offs" were also mentioned in past legal complaints against Combs. Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura opened up about the drug-fueled sex parties in her stunning lawsuit last year. A few months later, Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones accused Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting him during a party. Other victims like Thalia Graves, who's the most recent victim to file a lawsuit against Combs, have also described instances when the 54-year-old used drugs to sexually assault them.

Combs has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He's currently awaiting trial at a jail in Brooklyn. He could face a minimum of 15 years to life in prison if convicted.
