Atlanta is hosting NBA All-Star Weekend and a slew of parties and concerts have been booked and scheduled.
Many hip-hop heavyweights are appearing.

Friday: Features Bobby Shmurda and 50 Cent party at Compound, a performance from Future and Moneybagg Yo at The Dome, Lil Baby at The Gold Room, Lil Durk and Pooh Shiesty at the Cosmopolitan Lounge, Migos at OAK, 42 Dugg and Ari The Don at Opium, Fabolous and Coi Leray at - Republic, Trey Songz at Halo, Young Thug at Vivide, Rick Ross, Mulatto, and Blac Youngsta at KOD, making it rain!

Clearly, there's an effort here to get things back to normal and All-Star weekend seems to be the testing ground for that.
Also, the NBA, along with AT&T, Kia, Mountain Dew, State Farm and Taco Bell, will provide more than $3 million in support to the HBCU community through the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), UNCF (United Negro College Fund) and Direct Relief’s Fund for Health Equity.
HBCUs produce 20 percent of the country’s Black college graduates but are only three percent of all colleges in the United States and particularly because of COVID-19, has been experiencing drastic declines in funding and enrollment.
The money will provide scholarhsip funding to each of the HBCU students’ higher education.
“We welcome this exciting opportunity to partner with the NBA and the players, said Dr. Michael Lomax, UNCF CEO. “Together, the NBA and players can shine a bright light on the vital work of our nation’s HBCUs and help ensure that we can support our Black college students on their education journeys.”
