Michael Flournoy, a 16-year-old sophomore at Simeon High School, was shot and killed Saturday night in front of St. Anthony's Church on East 93rd Street.

Flournoy was a football player and wrestler for his high school and, according to the Chicago Tribune, never spent much time on the streets.

He was visiting his cousins Saturday night when he got into an argument with someone in a silver car outside the church. The person inside the car opened fire on Flournoy, shooting him in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have not made any arrests yet. Prayers are with the family!
